2. Account Activation

Users are required to activate their account with a one-time KSH 500 fee. This activation unlocks all earning opportunities, including bonuses and referrals.

3. User Responsibilities

• Provide accurate and complete registration details.
• Maintain confidentiality of your account login credentials.
• Avoid misuse of the platform, including fraudulent referrals or automated task completions.

4. Earnings & Withdrawals

• Earnings are based on activity, task completion, and referral growth.
• Withdrawals are processed instantly via M-Pesa, subject to minimum withdrawal limits.
• Vumaqash Agencies is not liable for delays caused by third-party services (e.g., M-Pesa).

5. Affiliate Program

The multi-level affiliate program allows users to earn commissions from referrals. Users are prohibited from spamming or engaging in unethical promotion methods.

6. Prohibited Activities

• Using bots, scripts, or other automated systems.
• Engaging in fraudulent activities or misrepresentation.
• Violating Kenyan laws or regulations.

7. Termination of Service

Vumaqash Agencies reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts found in violation of these terms without prior notice.

8. Limitation of Liability

We strive to maintain uninterrupted services, but Vumaqash Agencies is not responsible for losses resulting from technical issues, internet outages, or force majeure events.
